Debiopharm identifies high-potential compounds for in-licensing, clinically demonstrates their safety and efficacy and then out-licenses them to large pharma partners for worldwide commercialization. We are looking for a Global Marketing & Market Access Manager, Triptorelin with solid marketing and market access expertise, strategic and communication skills to join our team.

The Global Marketing & Market Access Manager is responsible for building the short- and mid-term product strategy of triptorelin and drive the corresponding tactics and LCM initiatives.

With focus on:

Be the Marketing/Commercial counterpart for EU and US triptorelin commercial partners in building a trustful collaboration while driving regular joint commercial committees, challenging local activities, proactively assisting in answering local needs

Gather and analyze market insights from commercial partners, market and payer research, secondary research, congresses covering key global markets. Ensure these external input shapes product strategy and are used to set prioritization of tactics and LCM projects

Lead and drive cross-functionally, global product plan, key tactics and some LCM projects

Constitute a solid internal knowhow of triptorelin pricing environment in key markets and propose dedicated market access and pricing initiatives not only to protect value MS, but also to improve competitiveness of triptorelin

Represent triptorelin Marketing and Market Access internally and be an integral member of various triptorelin committees in providing updates on ongoing projects, defending budgets for new initiatives, bringing new ideas, delivering fact-based insights on specific topics

With whom you’ll interact:

Internally, Medical, HEOR & Market Access, Market Intelligence, Regulatory, Legal, Alliance management, Manufacturing, Finance and Top-management

Externally, US and EU commercial partners, agencies, patient associations, payers and healthcare professionals

Required:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in scientific or business discipline

8+ years of strong marketing & market access background in a large/mid-sized pharmaceutical company

Broad commercial experience including both global or regional and at the country level

Good balance of strategic mindset and operational experience

International experience, working in matrix environment(s)

Experience in leading and motivating agency partners to deliver high impact marketing and market shaping initiatives

Experience and knowledge of a broad base of external customers including patients, prescribers, payers, providers, commercial partners

Demonstrated use of insights to deliver effective commercial strategies

Demonstrated ability to convert strategy into impactful but pragmatic tactics

Solid expertise in driving LCM initiatives

Effective cross-functional project team leadership and influencing skills

Strong leadership attributes to generate commitment and constructively resolve issues

Preferred:

Additional relevant technical degree or MBA

Commercial experience in oncology and/or urology, ideally in prostate cancer

Evidence of developing compelling business cases

Understanding of the R&D process and importance of integrating commercial and development strategy and plans
